Our Name the Jewelry Contest brought the most beautiful stories to life, and now we're so excited to reveal the winners! Each piece in our collection Garden Party was inspired by heartfelt submissions, turning memories into something tangible.
We received so many inspiring entries that we could not just pick three. We chose 4 stories, 4 designs, 4 winners! Each winner received a $100 e-gift card as a thank-you for sharing their journey with us.
The Joy Necklace
Joy's friend wrote to us:
My dear friend of 25 years, Joy, passed away after a courageous three-year battle with pancreatic cancer. She never gave up and inspired everyone around her. She left behind a loving family, dear friends and a small town that adored her. Joy truly lived up to her name, bringing happiness to everyone she met. I think about her when tending my butterfly garden, watching the tiny egg transform into a beautiful butterfly. This metamorphosis is a perfect reminder of my sweet friend, who left this world too soon but continues to bring JOY.
The Carter Earrings
Carter's mom wrote to us:
Since he was little, Carter has always stopped to smell the flowers, no matter where we are. One day, I realized we should all be like that, pausing to appreciate life's beauty instead of getting lost in the chaos. I have always said, if more people had Carter's kindness and joy, the world would be a better place. I'd love a floral design for Down Syndrome Awareness in his honor.
The Danny Necklace
In June 2024, Danny passed away after a long battle with Parkinson's. His daughter shared:
Butterfly Kisses was always our song. It's what we danced to at my wedding, just as I'd always dreamed. Two days after he passed, my 5-year-old daughter drew a picture for Pops: a beautiful butterfly. She never knew the song, yet that moment felt like his way of telling me he'll always be with us, watching over my kids and giving them butterfly kisses from above.
The Petunia Cuff
Growing up, my grandmother, Nonnie, called me Petunia, a name that reflected how she saw me: vibrant, full of life and expressive. Petunias thrive in any environment, just as I strive to embrace life with passion. I believe Petunia is the perfect name for a jewelry piece that honors the special connections that shape us, capturing the spirit of those who live fully, love deeply and carry the influence of those who cherish them, just as I hope to embody what my Nonnie always saw in me.
