WHOLESALE POLICIES

Orders
All wholesale orders must be placed through the website for record-keeping purposes. Quantity: Initial wholesale order requires a MINIMUM of 20 pieces, consisting of a minimum of 4 of each individual item (for example: 4 Classic James Hoops, 4 Racquel Necklaces, 4 Honey Bangles, etc.).

Pricing

All Steward & James Jewelry must be sold at the retail level no lower than the MAP (minimum adhere to price) /MSRP listed on www.stewardandjames.com

Sales Outlets
You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you have listed. Secondary stores must receive prior written approval. 

Returns

All orders placed through must but have any returns processed through the same platform. Faire offers free returns on a retailer’s first order* with a brand. If a retailer orders too much or tries a product that doesn’t work for their store, they can return those items for free, as long as the return is submitted within their designated return window. 
Returns will be accepted up to 21 days after the tracking number has been provided for that order. 

Shipping 
Orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. If you would like to pay for insurance on an order, please contact us and let us know at the time of order so that we can arrange this at the time of shipping. On large wholesale orders, extra shipping charges may apply; we will notify of extra shipping charges. Steward & James will get started on your order right away! Most wholesale orders take 1-2 weeks to complete, depending on the size and availability. Larger orders could take up to 30 days but customers would be notified immediate after order placement if this should occur.

Lost Order
Steward & James is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. We will provide you a tracking number at the time of shipment so that you can track your package. Please click here to start a claim with the USPS.
