**The Role**
We're looking for enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Associates to join our team at our holiday pop-up retail store. You'll be the face of Steward & James, connecting with customers, styling them in pieces that make them feel confident, and handling all the details that make their shopping experience seamless.
**Your Responsibilities**
1. Sell jewelry with genuine passion and knowledge about our collections and the stories behind them.
2. Style customers by understanding their vibe and helping them find pieces that fit their everyday life.
3. Handle cash, process transactions, and manage the register with accuracy.
4. Gift wrap purchases beautifully (because presentation is everything).
5. Represent the Steward & James brand with authenticity and playfulness in every interaction.
6. Build community connections and make customers feel like they're shopping with a friend, not a salesperson.
**What We're Looking For**

3. Styling ability. You understand how accessories transform an outfit and can confidently recommend pieces.

5. Reliability. You show up on time and ready to go.
6. Weekend availability. Flexibility for 4-5 hour shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
**Retail experience is preferred but not required.
** We'll train you on our products and systems. What matters most is your energy and genuine desire to connect with people.
